Shobha honed her hospitality skills under top brands of five star hotels in India and Dubai in the initial years of her career and at this juncture became smitten with travel. Moving exclusively to the field, she successfully managed an independent domestic travel company for close to 3 years. Her growing passion and love for travel took her into the niche field of representing high end boutique hotels and experiences with Rare Destinations. 

Shobhaa possesses an intricate understanding of how to efficiently manage the fine balance between the customer expectations and hotel business needs. 

The soul of Red Coral, she is an outright people’s person, always keen to travel, meet new people, interact and share new ideas and experiences.

Vinay completed 15 years of distinguished service with the Indian Army (including 3 years with the elite NSG), spent another 10 years with the corporate sector in senior management roles before deciding to actively work in the field he is really passionate about: Travel.

A wanderer, he loves to be under the sun. Walking, hiking, trekking and anything else that will allow him time outside attracts him. Having travelled extensively as a hobby for many years, he is now using his experience and insights to help other travellers get on to the road and discover their dream destinations.

He, along with Shobha is trying to create a platform offering more than regular travel—Great Destinations and Authentic Experiences!
