Shobha Chadda
Shobha, an IHM graduate, started her hospitality career with the top brands of five-star hotels in India and Dubai before being smitten by the niche travel segment with focus on botique hospitality ventures. With 25 years of industry experience, she has an intricate understanding and expertise on efficient management of customer expectations and hotel business priorities. With a desire to add value to bespoke hospitality ventures, she cofounded Red Coral. Shobha manages the frontend operations including sales, marketing, partner relationships and business development.
Vinay Kala
Vinay brings in more than 30 years of rich cross industry experience of managing large teams, operations and businesses. Having served the Indian Army for first 15 years of his career, this Electronics and Communication engineer spent the next 10 years with the telecom industry in senior leadership roles. A nature and adventure enthusiast as well as an avid traveler, Vinay, finally decided to take an entrepreneurial plunge into his lifelong passion of travel, with Red Coral. An efficient organizer with attention to finer details, he looks after the backend operations, finance & HR.
