Responsible and Sustainable Travel
We at Red Coral believe in constant and continued dialogue on wildlife, conservation and conscious business practices. Forums and organizations such as TOFTigers, UNDP SDG among others have provided us with a fraternity and framework helping us to make great progress on this path along with our partners. We strive to propagate the fundamental principles of sustainable tourism by assisting our partners and beyond adopt the framework in their business operations.
Initiatives by the partners of Red Coral have a wide impact on the community and the biosphere they exist in. Singinawa Conservation Foundation along with Kanha Museum of Life and Arts has provided a platform for tribal artists to find a voice as well as be financially viable through their art, all the while creating an awareness of the deep connection between man and jungle. Bamboo Forest Safari Lodge amongst its many eco-friendly enterprises has also the place of pride to be the first Indian hospitality venture to introduce electric vehicles for safaris.
The outreach programs by Forsyth Lodge touches the young minds educating and making them sensitive towards the need for co-existence with the wild. Completely off the grid, Nine Furlongs is a paragon of sustainable tourism. With its food forest ventures and whole-hearted support to the Koli women to save their mangroves, Happiness Estate is doing its mandate of spreading joy to all.
